PRICING

Mobile notary services rates will vary depending on the document or services provided. Fees are based on the time and distance to travel to you. Fees will be quoted before booking.

TRAVEL CHARGES

I charge a nominal traveling fee and that rate will be quoted upon consultation. If I travel to you and notarization does not take place due to unforeseen reasons, the travel charge will still be applied. However, if the notarization does not occur due to an issue on my end, a full refund will be issued.

ACCEPTED PAYMENTS

I accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Apple Pay, PayPal, Zelle, or Business checks, (I do not have change for cash transactions, please have exact amount).

Prices

Acknowledgment or Jurat - $10 Per Stamp
Copy certification - $10 Per page
Oath or Affirmation - $10 Per Notarial Act
I-9 Verification - $35 per form
Printing fee - $3/page
Scanning fee - $1/page
Drop off - standard mileage 65.5 cents per mile
Remote online notarization (RON) - $25 Per Session with one participant and one stamp (same notarial certificate), $5 for each additional seal or participant

Travel Fee

$5 flat rate in Maricopa standard mileage 65.5 cents per mile outside of Maricopa

After Business Hours

6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. - $65
10:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. - $85

Miscellaneous

Extra charges for wait time beyond 15 minutes and/or length of appointment
Airport Emergency Notarization $150 Flat Fee
Parking fees & time of day, may be additional

DEPOSIT, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND POLICY

Travel fees are due in advance of signing. Notarization fees are due in full once services are rendered.

However, if the notarization does not occur due to an issue on my end, a full refund will be issued.
